Trying to time my truck. The display reads rpm correctly but the timing always says -20.0.
What am I doing wrong?

First pic is what it's stuck on. Second pic is I flipped the switch to timing light. Third is flipped switch back to magnetic and it wants me to set the offset again. If I push the set button it takes me back to the first pic.
Timings got to be close. It fires right up.

Hit and hold for 2 seconds, the bottom switch.
It will set the 20* offset(this is from memory)
It should then show tack rpms and timing

I figured it out. I didn't have the magnetic pickup inserted all the way.
I was assuming since I was getting an rpm reading the magnet was working.
Currently set at 8.8. Gonna leave it there for now.
