Some pics of the start of my processor?

Well i've been working on this for almost a year, and with the truck problems and lack of money i'm almost ready to start production?
here are some pics?

Is that WVO in the cubies? If it is, it looks alot lighter in color than the stuff I get.How are you filtering before you process?

Yes it is WVO, I think it was only used to cook hush puppies? the other stuff i get is darker. it sets in those for a week or two then i gravity filter it?

That oil does look lighter than the one I get . Do you kee it outside or you are building the filtering station.

Is that WVO already filtered? I get oil that color (and sometimes darker) but the cubies always have a layer of sludge on the bottom after settling for a week.

Unfiltered! it has been there for about 4 months? some of them have stuff in them, i'll try to get better pics? Yes it is out side. it has been a work in progrees just like my truck.
