It wasn't anything too big, but the results sure were. I lowered the air pressure in the rear tires on the Blue Truck from 50 to 35 PSI. I have to say that I LOVE IT! The ride was impressively smooth. I think that tomorrow, before I head out of state, I'm going to try lowering the front ones from 50 to 45 PSI and see how that does. I don't want to go much lower than that. At least this type of experimenting is free. Plus it's easy to reverse if I don't like it for some reason.

Changed the oil, oil filter, and fuel filter. First time since I have owned the truck. I had put 4000 miles on it and the oil was changed just before I bought it. Fuel filter was marked Feb 2022. Ran to town and bought a filter wrench as the ten or so around here that I had none fit. Also picked up a drain plug gasket as what was on there had seen better days, maybe years? Would guess it may have even been the original the shape it was in.

Cleaned out the cab blowing most of the dirt and dust out. Taking the Mrs. to town tomorrow so need to win a few points. Washed the outside.

Did some measuring and thinking on how I want to mount boxes under the flat bed.

I went to Kearney, NE again. Nothing unusual happened. I did see a huge dust devil. It was a lot darker about a minute before I took this picture, but I was trying to get closer.

I restored my gauge cluster for my service truck. I also did the one from my 90 F350 parts truck.

The paint on the larger needles isn’t quite dry yet, so it looks a touch off.

The cluster from the parts truck has completely dried, looks pretty good if I do say so myself…

Fixin to do the one in my 86

What is a GMRS Radio? Something to with GPS?
Nice install.

I have a bunch of old CB`s, first one a SBC SideBander II 23, then when 40`s came out had it converted to 40 channels and a few upper channels, along with a 100W Linear.

Use to be a lot of fun with them back in the 70`s.
