Gaining oil, that's fuel getting into the crankcase. Could it be the fuel pump, it runs off the center lobe of the cam? Sure as heck wouldn't run it like that, gonna lose the bearings if you do.
Do not drive it! You have an injector dumping fuel when it shouldn't.if you drive it you will spit out a piston.you need to have a scanner put on it and run a cylinder contribution test.or replace the injectors as a set.the cct may not tell you wich one it is.
It's a skip not a knock. I'm pretty sure it's the injector O rings. Sorry about the mix up with the knock. When I wrote that last post I had just done two 16hr. shifts in a row.
I did do a cct on it before and it checked out good. But now the comp. won't connect to the truck. Is this usually a grounding issue?
dont know,,that they are made..the stock ones,,are just fine. they have had the material compo change twice over the period of time..make sure to lube the rings,,when you put them in...............
