Ring gap wrong?

Hey I just bought new rings and the book States on the second ring 10to 26 thousands but the gap is way bigger like 50 are they right? They are 40 over rings

I just looked in my IH 7.3 truck shop manual and it states top ring .013-.045, 2nd ring .060-.085, oil ring .008-.030---that makes more sense. These specs also would *not* be for factory turbo rings/pistons.
