Replaced heater core

So I replaced my heater core after not having much heat. It looked like it had a leak. But when the oil cooler went out it filled it with oil and it felt like a pound and half in my hand. Now I have heat in the cab. But while looking into this is I'm buying an 085 ats but have a chance to buy an 088 also. Is the 088 better? The 085 needs to be rebuilt also and I can get it for 350 with everything.

Just wondering if anyone with the heater core has ever had the same problem. The turbo I just wondering what would be a better choice? And if they have a rebuild kit for the 085

Those heater cores normally do have some heft to them.
