priced a new tool just a few min ago 240 now

The only real critical dimensions are:
OD of the driver tool - 1"
OD of the sleeve tool - 1 1/2"
Protrusion of the driver below the bottom of the sleeve - ~0.010"
The bottom of the sleeve tool needs to be concave to roughly match the freeze plug, with the most critical part being the outside edge, since this holds it into the block.
Driver needs to be a good sliding fit within sleeve.
