I just installed my new tank today. While doing this I relocated my rollover valve, added a vent to the filler neck and removed the reducer inside of the filler neck. I have to say that I am very pleased with the results. For the first time ever with this truck I was able to use the diesel pump at full flow for 18 of the 19 gallons in my rear tank. I am very please with the outcome.

Good size for the vents. I used 5/8 hose and its kinda small for a fast fillup. Someday I will upgrade to 1 inch. I really never felt Ford engineers did a good or even a close to good job designing the fill lines and vents...

The 1" worked really well on the rear tank. I did the same thing on the front tank but something is different because I cannot fill it a fast as the rear. Overall I am happy with how it turned out.
