Rear axle: Open to locker swap 88-93

As said above. Direct bolt in. Unless you have an actual locker no need to use any special oil. Having said that I have a Detroit locker in my rear diff and until I put the real good oil and additive in it it sounded like the rear end was going to blow up. Now it just kinda clunks a bit as it disengages. Enjoy your move away from 1 tire fire!

If you can wait till after thanksgiving I will help you install it, I have shims and stuff.
We could do it sooner but I HAVE TO get to work on the dually, going to test run the used engine, but my spare starter is in aloha.LOL

Sounds good, I will see if I can tear that 88 apart this weekend and get that starter to you, might be late Sunday though.

I'll probably block the wheels and throw the driveline in the bed until it gets towed outta here after taking the axle apart.
