pulse timing meter

I've just got a 78-0100 meter to set timing. It doesn't have the probe for the glow plug, or a cetane value tester.

It does have the pulse box with it.
The box has the lead for the magnetic pickup, but the clamp has a red wire spliced in to it. Where does that go?

Does anyone have a manual for this meter?

I've used one, but only with the luminosity probe.
