Probably cause almost everything in MI is rusted to hell. So he looks south to buy clean vehicles cheap, haul them north and flip them for a lil profit

That red one for 1500 was listed as a blown 96 powerstroke about a month ago on the tampa craiglist page.

I want the 86 for 5900. Totally worth it.
