Not that is available right now. My BIL has a one ton 6.0 super duty with a GN that is big enough, but last time I talked to him he was having injector issues.
I can ask him and see if it has been fixed or not. I'll let you know. I think it was just one injector so hopefully his fuel pump didn't go and wipe out all of them.
