my buddy has one and reverse went out of it i was wondering what trans they put in them.. he plows with it and we have snow comin and unfortanatly i have to rebuild it. i've never worked on one...thanks

reverse craps out on 4l80s all the time. something about line pressure spiking and blowing the clutch pack seal or splitting the drum.

They offer kits to repair/improve individual components, or you can buy a reconditioned valve body that incorporates all the cool stuff. Their webpage is a great source for tech info and ideas.
