I was referring to the one ttman posted the link to on Amazonthe pdp filter head is basically a 6.9 filter head with 7.3 filter threads so its set up like a 6.9 so you have to get a 6.9 return kit

I also have my filter lite sensor & the Schrader valve still there also.
where do they mount? I don't see any provisions on it for those
I just added more small fittings & plumed them in.
I'll try get one in the morning.do you have a picture of you set up ? i think I've finally figured out how this works but not 100%
Btw Amazon had these filter heads down to about $15 “used “ other nite, now back $22-25.I also have my filter lite sensor & the Schrader valve still there also.

Thanks for the pics and explanation. makes sense now. What about the return line?Btw Amazon had these filter heads down to about $15 “used “ other nite, now back $22-25.
Trying to get pics posted.
I got 4” body lift so had more room, made taller bracket to mt filter head & taller filters on.
Used pipe bushings in filter head to reduces down and “tees” to add filter lite sender and Schrader valve to bleed & IP feed. About 1/2 way to IP I cut hard line feeding IP, run clear braded line to the hard line from filter head.
I bring my fuel up to 30 plate heat exchanger, thru it & on to fuel filter, then on to IP.
I use 5/8 heater hose from 7.3 head to plate exchanger, then tall filter (currently FF1212) &wrap hose round and round filter to help heat it, then on down and back etc to fuel tanks and heaters.
Been playing and running WVO and WMO mix since’03
On mine, '90 with '94 factory IDIT, on my fuel return line from filter, may not be correct but works, I have it plugged off. Down on front pass side injector the fuel return "Tee" that would go to fuel filter I have it with short hose, then plugged. Thanks for the pics and explanation. makes sense now. What about the return line?
Well if 'ya running some of the oil mixes, WVO or WMO, can't get too much heat nearly. I run mixes in rear 38 gal Bronco tank, diesel in front tank & bed tank but have heaters in each tank as well as 2 heaters in my 135 gal bed tank. Also have heater hose run everywhere & insulation all along all fuel lines & return fuel lines & all 3 tanks insulated. That's a good idea about wrapping the hose, it unnecessary here in NW Florida. But a good cheap way to get er dun.
Yeah, I can run 95% WMO with no problem most all year. This coming up winter will only be my second winter running it, I'll probably just thin it a bit more. My 86 has a 93 turbo IDI, but my tow truck that I'm bringing on line is a NA 6.9. I'm curious to see how it's going to do with WMO.On mine, '90 with '94 factory IDIT, on my fuel return line from filter, may not be correct but works, I have it plugged off. All pass side fuel return is all together, then crosses over at back of engine to all fuel return on Driver side. Return fuel from top of IP to front Driver side injector return TEE.
On my filter head I used pipe bushings to reduce down & Tee's & street 90's for all my fittings into & from the filter head.
(That dirty greasy piece of rope in my pics only holds that heater hose up around the fuel filter for now When I get rich maybe I'll buy new yellow rope!! )
