Flywheel bolts are technically a one time use item.

According to Ford, that is the reason. The new bolts come with red stuff on them that seals and holds them. Once you take them out, that stuff is toast, so you need new bolts. Unless your obsessed with the Ford version of whatever that stuff is, locktite works just fine.

Go to your Ford dealer and get 2 bags. That will contain all you need plus 1.

Ok, just got my order. The bolts don't have anything on them(sealent/locktight). And all I got was a bearing, no hose or way to grease it. I think I'm missing something.

Does someone have a link to a picture or a break down of what this set-up is suppost to look like. I got what looks like a standard bearing with no zerk fitting or place for one, no hose, nothing.

Thanks for all the help.

Here you are....yeah, sounds like you got the wrong throwout bearing. :(

One of these pictures compares the T-19 greasable throwout bearing to the bearing for the ZF...I bought the greasable bearing because I was under the impression that the throwout bearings for the T-19 and the ZF5 were the same size....turns out they're not. Unfortunately, I returned the T-19 bearing...a great shame that they were discontinued :(
