p.s. the trans flush is easy, the filter in the pan is easy to do, just pull out the old one, and o ring will stick in your valve body, get a good sized screw drive, stick it up in the hole, slide it to one side, making sure not to scratch the valve body, and it should pop right out, then put the new filter in and bolt it all up

the beauty of these things is, they have a drain plug AND a reusable gasket.

there is also an aux filter housing on the passenger side frame rail near the lower front end area of your truck, thats like a 25 dollar filter and is nicknamed by most ford techs the toilet roll because it looks like a roll of toilet paper, but thats also a good replace to if you do a trans flush

p.s. x 2 the oil leak 9 times out of 10 is the rear main/rear engine cover gasket causing oil leakage, usually not that much leaks out and it is a super common problem, i did one the other day on a car max truck with 12k on it, don't feel bad
