Does the E4OD have a higher overdrive than the ZF5 or ZF6. I have a parts truck that has all the parts to convert my 88 to an auto. I'm thinking of doing it has anybody done this before. I also have a ZF6 that won't go in rev. that I got for free I thought of going that way also. The E4OD also has a splattered TC.

And does anybody have a axle code 38 which is 3.08s

If I had everything I would do it when my knee goes completely to hell, maybe that is the reason.

I like autos but also like to shift gears. I like how a diesel-auto will jump off the line. and just to say I did it.

Where is the E4OD controler located.
