Operating Oil Temp For these IDI's

I also need to know what the normal oil temp would be in one of these engines, as I have a provision for an oil temp gauge in the new 6.9, so I may as well use it.
Is it about 180* or about 210*?

Mine will run just at around 190 cruizing down the road or freeway. Loaded up I see around 250 to 260.... But once (and only once) it reached well past 330 when the block spit a freeze plug 5200 miles after a complete rebuild... That was a sound you never want to hear... The lifters clattering and seeing the 65 mph and about 6 lbs of oil pressure.... Not fun at all..... ******** in the so called machine shop not knowing how or what type of plugs to install....
