97 rear timing cover leaking bad pull the engine or do it with it in goin to do head studs at the same time any tips

It's probably because of a failed Killer Dowel Pin so I would recommend taking care of that while you are there. And I would probably just do the repairs with it in frame vs yanking it .

did the pin when i did the font seal but leaks just as bad coming from the back side of the cover
