to keep this going, also using a 99 24v and no start condition hot. have to spray it to start.
new vp44, verified fuel pressure, new fuel/air filter fixed all the boost leaks runs great, new TPS
set at .6 volt and 3.78 wot and turn it of after a 10/20 mile commute no restart on 9 out of ten tries.

starts fine with starting fluid. The air intake heater is there but have to rewire it up. that wont help start a hot diesel will it? just put in a brand new $1400 vp44 and it now has power and starts fine, but will not start hot with out spray? ***?
