Its been a little while since I've worked on one of these but if I remember correctly there is a short section of wire between the inner fender and the passenger side battery that is susceptible to corrosion from the battery. Its about a 4 gauge wire, if I remember correctly it supplies power to the run system.
On a side note, I never use a multimeter for this kind of thing. Their priceless for certain things but not necessary for a basic troubleshooting. Get yourself a test light from NAPA. You don't need the logic one, just a simple $10 one will do. And remember to double check the ground to it before you condemn anything. There are plenty of videos on YouTube on how to use them.
