Make sure the radiator is clean and the fan clutch is working well since you will be off road/slow speed. Is it still set up for 24volt operation, if so I ditch that setup and go 12 volt since parts are easier to get. Any bubbles in the coolant or burning water?

It's a purdy hard truck to kill. They don't float however.

You must be registered for see images attach

Gonna want to sign up over on steelsoldiers.com for as much info as you could handle about these trucks.
