my very own hell
Speaking of A/C, mine sucks, which is to be expected, BUT, yesterday I noticed that the line coming out of the condenser on passenger side of the truck (looks like tis going to the evaporator core?) gets real hot till it hits a quick-connect union between the drier canister and the engine's valve cover, from that union below the line is nice and cold. Is that where the orifice tube is located? Will a plugged up orifice tube account for such high/low line temperature difference, and crappy A/C performance? My refrigerant pressure is like 40-45 psi with the compressore running, the compressor only cycles in the "low A/C" setting (stays fully engaged in "max A/C" and "defrost").
