Need Oil Cooler torque specs really fast!!!

Tight is what they need to be. They are 3/8 and 5/16 bolts so don't attempt to tighten both the front and back header the same. Any torque book will have these specs. Sorry I don't have them here.

Dieselgiant, how was your experience putting the oil cooler together? any tricks that you used?

I have had my parts for a month+ tomorrow is the day I put it all back together.

DO NOT use silicone on the gaskets.

and make sure everything is 100% dry and clean. A small amount of oil weeping out of the galley will kill the gasket's effectiveness. Good luck;Sweet
