I think the real test would be to run your truck on a sumo with your dps
Pump maxed out, then swap a moose pump, max it out, and dump it. When maxed out it will give us the best way to figure it out.
See what I'm saying?
But there is alot more to it than max fuel output which I think I have seemed to show.
My comparison between the pumps from the dyno charts wasn't the fuel outputs.
What I found to be very impressive with the DPS pump was my torque curve. Heaths goes up, and then almost right away plunges back down... whereas mine goes up, and pretty much stays up... flattens out and slowly dives.
For reference that is roughly a 1600rpm - 3200rpm pull I think.
This is mainly affected by the tuning of the fueling/timing curve inside the pump.
