motor mount bracket bolts?

I just media blasted my engine mount bolts the ones that go in the block, what do I use when I put the bolts in? thread lock? anti seize? and what do I torque them to? I know my supplement gives torque for bolt sizes the bolts are 1/2 I believe, and the book says for that size 60ft-lbs +- 10lbs just want to know if it is a specific torque for that.

Motor mount bracket bolts are 1/2" - 13 x 3/4" or 1 1/4" length as per these engine specs:

The torque for the block motor mount bracket bolts is 70 ft-lbs. I use anti-seize on my motor mount bolts because if you live in rust country, it can be a PITA to take them off if they get corroded. Anti-seize helps to keep that from occurring.
