making a 12 vavle a 24 valve?

i have heard that it's possible to put a 24 vavle head on a 12 vavle engine. would there be any benifit in gas mileage or power if you did this?

Gas mileage would be exactly the same, diesel mileage, however, might vary!



























somebody was going to do it, just thought I would get it out of the way! Have no idea, but watching with interest!
