I guess I was thinking in terms of what would be an acceptable minimum, but yes a lot of mine will run 40 PSI. It all depends on the temps and your gearing.

15w40. On a cold morning it may hit 50psi if I get on it.

Tom, did you swap out the dash in your truck? Reason I ask, the Bullnose trucks were made where if the truck didn't have factory A/C there were no dash vents, only floor and defrost. Looking at your pics, I see A/C vents in the dash, but a non-A/C (Heat and Defrost) climate control......

I did swap my dash. I had dealer installed AC which I removed. My old dash was pretty hacked. The dealer install ( at least I think it was) included cutting in a vent above the glovebox.

I will try to get a pic up of my gauges. its not a bull nose but it might work.
