typ4 aka Rus and Agnem aka Mel from conestoga diesel are the best to buy return line kits from. They both offer Viton Orings. Those are the best you can get. Just keep the area clean and please do this simple thing. Use an exacto knife to scrape out the plastic flashing under the caps. Thats the area the o ring first touches the caps. sometimes its sharp and cuts the new o rings.

If you are depending on the truck daily a simple trick that has always worked for me is park nose downhill. The system won't suck up the air that is stalling you out and making you work it through with long crank times. This tip has helped me many times over the years
