Knight Stalker Shocks for my ford tuning info

Came acros a good deal on a set of used knight stalker shocks by steve combs. Anyone know how to charge and tune thesse? Try to get ahold of steve, but it seemsnear impossible. Thanks for the input. Help needed quick!
