It cranks and cranks, NO START!

Got an 86 1/2 ton 6.2l diesel. Will not start???? I know i have fuel, but glow plugs, unknown. This pickup has been sittin in a shop for 5 years. Paid 500 for it. Said it ran perfect before they garaged it. So im almost betting my problem is in my glow plugs, Is it possible all the glow plugs are bad? and i know that there is power to all the plugs.

try checking them all with a test light that should give you a good idea of where to go next

If the glowplugs are old, replace them and the controller for good measure.

i would also purge the system. if you have some air in there it will never start (ask me how i know!)
