I'm finally putting the fuel lines on my truck and am going to replace them with soft lines. I have all the info i need for the inlet fitting (ORB-5).. but i can't seem to find any info for the return. I''d like to simply thread in a hose barb into the check valve. What size is that fitting (the bottom of the elbow). What size is the elbow?

I've searched but just can't find it anywhere.

Thanks,

Jared

Contact "ConestogaDiesel.com" He is a member on here aka Agnem. He has all the fittings and hose to do that in a kit.

this is the last thing i need.. but i'll ask him. From looking at fittings it seems to be 3/16" (1/2"x20) brake line fitting.

From reading around it seems like everyone just ends up using 1/8" NPT .. i have some fittings here and they don't seem to thread in as well as the elbow. Apparently there's no pressure pushing the fuel back, it's gravity fed... the actual seal is up under the check valve. I'll probably end up using the fittings I have and i'll see if it leaks.
