I have some OE tow hooks from some Super Duties and I want to install them on all three of our OBS trucks (ours range from 95 to 97). Can someone post photographs of how they are mounted on the Super Duty frame horns? It would be very helpful to post as many angles as possible. Also, have any one you done this mod? If so how?

They don't :dunno Really though usually stock recovery points arent much. If you are really wheeling and getting stuck it will take something stronger.

Oh hell know. These are not for serious off road use at all. I plan to use them as they are intended. Hell a couple of weeks ago I got stuck on wet grass.

I have a set im gunna put on my 88. Funny u asked because we had the front bumper off my friends SD today, and i was looking at the hoops.

I would add a front crossmemeber to tie the front of the frame rails together when installing recovery points to keep from twisting/tweaking the frame rails...or just build a front reciever hitch...i have yet to figure out how to mount em on mine...

If you need any more specific pics, just let me know. I just grabbed those for starters.

And yes, a bolt is missing. Never really looked at them that close before.
