How do you install a RDT? Do you remove the CDR and run the hose out there or what? I would like to put one on because I just don't trust the CDR.

I did a search and only came up with pics and complaints about smell. I need it to know if the CDR goes away completely or is just bypassed.

It goes away or blocked off depending on where it is.

My RDT comes off a banks style cdr adapter. basically it comes off the front of the timing housing and to a hose that cruves up a bit then heads towards the back of the truck. THe idea is to let the crankcase breathe and put a fish mouth on it at the end so you get a vacuum effect at speed to pull the vapors from the crankcase.
