Ignition Slider Switch?

I have a 1990 F250 that I think has this problem and I was just wondering if the fix for this problem is just to get a new slider switch? It's not a daily driver so I haven't started it since I parked it for the winter. Just want to find out so I can get the parts and get it fixed when warmer weather gets closer.
