For the truck in the signature. It is one of the two round headed, star drive, shoulder bolts which hold the bracket which mounts the TPS to the IP. Went to the dealer ship, they looked it up on the computer, but obsolete. Tried Fastenal and they could not find one with the correct shoulder.

Any ideas where I can find one (I ruined one removing it, one is still good)?

Or if someone has a spare to sell, send me an instant message.

I just use two bolts that are 1/4x28 threads. The hex is a 7/16 inch wrench too. Works fine on my tps adjustments. Its a simple 1/4x28 thread. Nothing special.

You don't need a shoulder bolt. It's a nicety to be sure.

Thanks to all replies. I was thinking the shoulder may have been needed to hold the bracket in a stabile alignment with the shaft, but it sounds like others have used bolt without the shoulder with no ill effect.
