I finally did it! It works! I am in the process of building bulk equipment and I will crank out more so far I have more of a supply of WVO than I can use. Here is the first sample.

P.S. not to sound to excited I just thought this was cool!

It's alright, that's worth getting excited about.:)
We've got two diesels in the driveway and are
thinking of making bio diesel as well. ;Sweet
The only trouble is neither of us go through a whole lot of fuel,
so it'll take a while to recover our initial setup costs.

Congrats!

rubberfish, I wouldn't be too concerned about start up cost. I built my processor for $450. I recovered the cost in a month.

Hey sagebel,,,, when I get ready to start,
can I pester you with questions?

Sure. I am hoping to be at BD(Abbotsford) in the fall and dyno on 100% homebrew. Once I get some time I am planning on doing a few tech articles over on SDD.com.

I've been looking into this myself. I work with a few guys that also have diesels and we may go in on the equipment together. My biggest concern is how well does this stuff run?

I'd like to run a tank before I spend to much money on it.

Thanks,
Will-

The truck runs fine. Better when it's hot outside. I haven't made a batch in a week so I ran three tanks of #2 after about 1000 miles of home brew and it runs better. The bio really cleaned out the fuel system. I also have almost no smoke with the chip in the "extreme" setting.
