come on guys i just need a few suggestions about where this oil is coming from. please?

Where is the oil, any pictures? If it's all over the right side/drivers side, it's probably the side plate gaskets. There is one behind the injector pump that never gets any love.

yea, could be a vacuum pump needing to be resealed, rear main, or any number of things, get some more info or some pictures or something!
