turns out they are selling it for a friend and they don't know a lot about it and i can't get this friend's number because he "has a weird schedule"

he is selling a part and he does not have time to answer a phone call b/c of his schedule. I would stay away.

Im sure you could find another kit that is COMPLETE for the same price or lower. I got a complete factory turbo for $300 the other month, it was complete. I feel the guy who has the one your looking at really dont wanna sell it not being motivated.
