Has anyone ever heard of Universal Cooperatives filters?

I just received what i thought were the purolator oil filters i bought from an online vendor and they turned out to be Universal Cooperative oil filters with the purolator part number on the out side. the part number on the filter is FER288 or FL30288
I searched google and the forum and did not get any relative results.

I was just wondering if anyone has ever heard of these filters and of their quality?
