Ended up with a replacement I'm happy with but I have to switch to the PSD forum (Link Below). The reason for the switch is supposedly still in jail and didn't have any insurance. While the concept of uninsured motorist insurance sticks in my craw, thankfully, I grumbled and paid it anyway.

Wow that sucks. I looked at the pics. Good thing you were driving a large vehicle. Dirt bag drunk drivers. Cost me a good truck a few years ago.

Sorry for your truck, but sheet metal can be replaced...lives cannot. Thank goodness it wasn't any worse...

That blows, I was hit by an uninsured/no license driver last august. She totaled my wife's Pontiac solstice GXP, the dream car she had wanted for years. We only had it for one year before this happened. Thankfully my insurance took car of things and my wife is rolling in a pretty sweet 2012 wrangler now. At least you lived to fight another day and will hopefully come to love the PSD as much as you did the IDI.
