Greasing motors

Who greases their motors? What do you use? ALL of mine need it. How do you grease the pivot joint for the regulator arm under the windows? Mines could use some. After 20+ years, I'm surprised they lasted this long.

White lithium grease in a rattle can with a straw.
Get it any auto parts store. It's good stuff.

Does a little go a long way or just fill them up?

I hate that white grease. After a while it gets sticky and causes worse problems.
