They dont stay on long enough if its been sitting for 3hrs or so at about 0*F It starts easy first thing in the morning but after 3 hrs i got to cycle the key twice for it to start?

Are you running syn or dino oil? I found that mine starts easier with syn - i.e. one key cycle if I don't plug her in. Dino oil - she likes to have the double key cycle. Of course it's not as cold here as where you are - she will start no matter what - just don't get the early morning romps with syn.

Load test em, and see if they pass, good to check the cheapest part first, ???
