A buddy of mine has a 2500 or 3500 with a 6.2L with an aftermarket turbo on it. I asked him to make sure it is not a 6.5L due to the look/age/style of the truck. Anyhow he seems to lose coolant and it doesn't go anywhere he can find? Is it going into the cylinders? No puddles underneath and an empty rad.

I told him to just park the truck and not even dare drive it. He has a spare motor with the truck as well. He is even more clueless than I. LOL!

usually if it's going into the cylinders you have massive pressure in the cooling system, any white smoke? how about a bad seal in the turbo allowing antifreeze to cook in the exhaust or worst yet enter the crankcase through the oil return line? have you checked the oil to see if its going there?

He claims now his water pump took a dump. I guess he drives it too much to notice any puddling. Most likely has the AC running 24/7 and that blends in with his puddle.
