Hello all,

I am desperate need of the 32 pin connector schematic. I recently purchased a 1994 f250 with the IDI 7.3 turbo engine, zf5 tranny, 4x4. It had a bad knock so I am swapping in a industrial 6bt. The previous owner of the truck had a lonely dog evidently. I paid only $1700 for the truck complete, but any wire that was hanging down or seen was chewed terribly. I have a chassis wiring harness from a 1988 with the 7.3, but the connection a the cab firewall is much different.
I have looked for a wiring diagram and purchased a Chilton manual, which by the way is ALMOST worthless.

Any help you folks can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I believe connector 202(c202) is the one you are looking for. All I have is the power distribution diagrams, you will have to look through each one and find any place on the diagram with "c202" and note the color and function of the wire. These diagrams are for a 1994 f250 diesel.

This link has 4 diagrams. http://www.revbase.com/BBBMotor/Wd/DownloadPdf?id=4923 I see 3 yellow wires going to the ignition switch in the 3rd diagram down. And a grey/yellow wire in the 4th diagram down. That grey yellow wire comes from "J" which is in the 3rd diagram down. There is also a pink/orange in the 4th diagram, feeds the trailer charge relay.

Here's the rest of the 94 power dist schematics.

He's probably talking about the smaller second pass through that is down and to the right from the 76 pin. That portion of the dash harness is more readily accessible as the parking brake assembly doesn't cover it much.

To be honest I'd probably lean repairing or replacing the dash harness vs then screwing around trying to make that older harness work. If it's primarily the 32 pin leg that got wrecked I'd go yard hopping looking for a donor harness from gasser and diesels to use for repair purposes or even better a flat out replacement 94 third brake light idi dash harness. I happen to know of the later sitting in a yard. But it's here in Oregon. I bought the engine bay harness to correct a few inop circuits on mine due to a 93 non third brake light engine bay harness and 94 third brake light dash harness not playing well.
