Factory ATS Filter setup restrictive?

i might have to do some testing. carb shop near me has a flow bench take my stock ats setup down with some filters(ford, wix, k&n) dropins and see what is better flow wise.

AFE Dry part#31-10064 for factory turbo or ats turbo 1993-1994 I think russ calls them model 083 quick look on net about 52.00

I paid $15 for my Wix filter. I think for stock boost level's they are okay, if we push a lot they dont do great. I took my old filter out and the paper filter was real ditry. Definatly going to run a different setup soon.

Well im a few psi over stock,LOL i was hitting 16 psi with the cone filter, i put the wix in and it dropped to around 14, i rapped the crossover and im back to 16 psi now, but my restriction gauge is showing have restriction on it so i know there has got to be a better filter somewere
