Facet Purolator Pump PNs

Local Napa (only one of the "distributors on the purolator site" that actually stocks the dura-lift pumps, only carries the one that has 2 wires that end at a connector (PN 40223) Everything else about the pump is identical to the 40222. I assume i can just cut the wires before the connector, but would like to avoid an expensive mistake, and cant seem to find further information on the subject.

Anyone have any input?

You can cut the connector off, my local NAPA has the matching connector, which is weather proof. What price do they have on the pump?

Its 150 something for it + tax (9% in az!!)

Cant seem to find a dealer that sells the carrier one so I figured this was teh way to go

The Carrier is a Facet with a different label on it and I get them for $80/shipped.
