Does anyone know the name of the company (if they still exist) that makes a coolant storage engine heater?

The system waited till the engine was warmed up and then the controller opened a transfer valve which allowed hot coolant to be sent to a highly insulated storage tank mounted under the truck. When the vehicle was shut off, the valve closed. When you went to start the engine, the valve opened, the hot coolant was sent to the engine and was replaced with the cold coolant. Once the coolant temperature in the tank dropped, the valve shut and waited for the engine to warm up.

If I remember correctly the tank was a double wall unit with a vacuum between between the two tanks, similar to a liquid nitrogen dewar. The tank was suppose to keep the coolant hot for a couple of days.

Update:
It appears the after market system is long gone. However it is (or was) an oem solution for Toyota on the 2nd generation Prius, not sure if the 3rd generation still uses the system. Here is the link for the pdf shown below. The insulated storage tank and pump are in the bottom left corner of the drawing.
