E-350 banks turbo on a F-series

My question is how hard is it to retrofit a banks turbo system out of a 1985 e-350 into a 1984 f-350? The turbo system has 40k on it and the whole system will cost me 400 bucks. Thats why i was wondering if it could be done easily.

For $400 it's worth the investment even if it didn't work to resell it to a van owner. Can't imagine it being to hard to adapt though.
