I've had a draw in my 04 for some time, finally got to digging around in it today. I can narrow it down to the gauge cluster.
I disconnected the grounds on both batteries, and placed a test light between the terminal and the disconnected ground on one of the batteries, then started pulling fuses. The light went out when I pulled the fuse for the cluster. So I then tore into it, and got it narrowed down to one of the four plugs on the back. Also, there's a slight humming noise coming from something inside that cluster. I can't pinpoint that though.
Anyone heard of this before?
